The samples met expectations,

The samples met expectations, yet the delivery was significantly delayed, causing uncertainty. There were moments when it seemed the order might be lost entirely. Confidence in placing future orders with them is now questionable.

Terrible Customer Service

I've ordered twice from ScentSplit. The first time, there were no issues, although they are slow to ship and on the expensive side. On my second order, the package was not delivered. After submitting a successful claim with UPS, ScentSplit has gone radio silent on me. It seems they are happy to take your money, but when an issue arises, they are nowhere to be found. Somehow, they are finding plenty of time to post on Twitter and other social media. I guess if they have time to post online, so do I. Do not shop with ScentSplit, as they have terrible customer service. If things go right, you might be okay, but I'm out several hundred dollars at the moment. Don't be like me. Just use someone else.

No follow up on lost packages

Paid extra for 2 day delivery. Package is stuck at FedEx, and Scent split says its been sent. Out of their hands. FedEx says only shipper can contact them. Follow up service is key to any business, if they want to earn continued business from you. I will NEVER EVER shop with Scent split again,.

Buyer beware

BUYER BEWARE! Scent Split uses Bait and switch tactics. I ordered a 1.7 oz of Tom Ford as advertised. They sent me .017 oz. They claimed I did not order from their site but they were the ones that sent me the .017 oz.

This lack of clarity is particularly frustrating, especially for those who may have time-sensitive commitments, like attending an event. I suggest they take a cue from the prompt services provided by establishments such as Saks Fifth Avenue or other niche brands. A streamlined process could involve a swift progression from order confirmation to an estimated delivery date, followed by the provision of a tracking number, and ultimately culminating in the actual delivery within 3 to 4 days for morning orders. This would undoubtedly enhance the overall customer experience.

Alright, so I stumbled upon this perfume store and decided to give it a shot since they have niche perfumes for pretty good prices. Usually, I just go for the sample sizes, and they always come in great condition, with clear labels and everything. This time, though, I went for a 10ml bottle as a gift. Sadly, the cap was like super glued on or something—seriously tough to open! Kinda bummed me out since it was supposed to be a present. But hey, at least their shipping is super fast. All my orders arrive in no time. Overall, a solid place but that cap issue was a bummer. Giving it a 4/5.

I recently got a sprayer and a calf from this company, and it was a disaster. The sprayer was defective, and the cap was nearly impossible to open. I had to untwist it and use the small straw inside just to get a dab of the product on my skin. When I tried to close it, half of it spilled out. I reached out to customer service, and they said they’d send me a new sprayer and cap, which was disappointing. I expected better, maybe even a free replacement of the Rocky Spirit of Kings 10 mL. I ended up going to Sand Angel for help, and they were much more accommodating. Not looking for freebies, just better service.
