Before I found ScalaHosting, I looked at many choices, some cheaper. But, I can't believe how much time I got back with the 'Good Technical Live Chat Support' here. Last night, I tried to fix DNS problem after moving dns to cloudflare. Just after I asked for help from live chat, Denys came in and fix the right problem for us in seconds. If you are not a super server geek like me, the support from managed VPS or hosting like Scalahosting will help you a lot. From a happy customer. :)

Honestly, i can't comment on the hosting since I've never tried it, but their panel, managed, and what I believed was a temporary issue, actually saved me a lot of time to return to the non-managed type of panel. If you want to concentrate more on what counts, it's a no-brainer.

The support is really good. I usually get a response very quickly. Most of the time, the first level support can fix the issues. If they can’t, a support ticket is created, which often gets resolved within a day. Sadly, I will be moving away from Scalahosting for budget reasons, but I believe that most customers will be happy. Thanks to all for the great support.

If you use them, you have a highly skilled team supporting your website. I'm very satisfied and won't switch to another hosting company, no matter the offer.
