    It took a little longer than expected for my order

    It took a little longer than expected for my order to be processed because of a delay with the manufacturer. I got an email asking me to review RV Fridge Parts Direct, but I didn’t see the shipping notice because it ended up in my spam folder. Not knowing it was shipped, I left a negative review since I had placed the order 5 months ago. RV Fridge emailed me politely explaining the situation. After that, I updated my review to 5 stars. They did the best they could given the circumstances with the manufacturer and took the time to explain everything to me.

    I’m happy I came across this store, they had the parts I needed to fix my fridge and the price wasn’t too bad. If you’re searching for a part that’s hard to find anywhere else, RV FRIDGE PARTS DIRECT is the place!

    I had a bad experience with this company as well. They charged me for an item I never got, and after reaching out multiple times through email and calls, I got no reply. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them, as they took my money and never delivered the product or even responded.

    This company seems to lack communication skills. I placed an order for a part with a promised 3-5 day UPS shipping time. It has now been 13 days, and no one has responded to my calls or messages, leaving me with no updates.

    I placed an order with this company over a month ago, and while my payment was processed and I received an order confirmation email, I still haven't received any updates. According to the confirmation, it was supposed to ship within 3-5 days, but nothing has arrived. I’ve tried calling and emailing them, but there’s been no response.
