It took a little longer than expected for my order
It took a little longer than expected for my order to be processed because of a delay with the manufacturer. I got an email asking me to review RV Fridge Parts Direct, but I didn’t see the shipping notice because it ended up in my spam folder. Not knowing it was shipped, I left a negative review since I had placed the order 5 months ago. RV Fridge emailed me politely explaining the situation. After that, I updated my review to 5 stars. They did the best they could given the circumstances with the manufacturer and took the time to explain everything to me.
