I have been living in Brush Creek Town Homes for a while now

I have been living in Brush Creek Town Homes for a while now, and overall, it's been a good experience. The property manager, Lizzete, is really helpful with anything you might need. No matter the time of day, she is always ready to assist with any concerns. She truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and happy. The community here is nice, and the neighbors are friendly. I had a positive experience and would suggest it to others. A big thank you to Lizzete and her team for their support.

I’ve had a really good experience living here. The landscaping is kept in great shape, which makes the property look neat and welcoming. Maintenance responds quickly and handles any problems fast. The apartment is spacious and cozy, with enough space to enjoy and unwind. What makes this place special is the great management team—Liz is always helpful, polite, and quick to respond. I would definitely suggest this community to anyone looking for a nice place to call home!

Liz, in particular, is very friendly, respectful, and always available when you need assistance. I would suggest considering The Bennett as your new home.

We’ve been here for 4 years and it’s been a pleasant stay. Moving in was quick and hassle-free. The maintenance team is always friendly and dependable. When we first met with the Property Manager, Liz, it was at another one of their locations. She greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. She showed us around the property and gave us a cozy, home-like feeling. After seeing another listing of the same property, I quickly reached out to her again, hoping for a same-day showing, and she managed to fit us in despite her busy day. Once again, Liz was warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home during the tour. From the very first emails to calls and texts, Liz has been nothing but wonderful! She's very knowledgeable and also has a great sense of humor! She’s always been attentive to every little detail, helping us every step of the way. It’s clear she truly cares for her clients, including us. Liz is very skilled and professional. We’re very thankful for all of her hard work and support.
