Simple selection process. Good range of devices at fair prices for the condition. Got the unit fast, and it had everything I anticipated. Ordered a "Excellent" condition phone, and it was almost like new, with just a few tiny scratches on the black frame and screen. Better quality than my own phone after the same years, so I'm pleased. We'll have to check the battery health though.

I’ve bought a few iPhones and an Apple Watch from Reebelo and haven’t been let down. They offer good quality and budget-friendly gadgets with a 12-month warranty, plus an option to extend it. When my dad’s iPhone 12 developed a problem within 6 months, he returned it and received a full refund. We went back to Reebelo and bought another iPhone. Happy with the service, purchase, and quality.

The phone appeared new, as described, even if it didn't come in the original box. I suspected it might be a refurbished unit since many phones are sold that way. Currently, my Razr plus 2023 magenta is functioning well. It seems to be a new phone, just lacking the original packaging. It was securely wrapped in bubble wrap multiple times along with a new, sturdy USB c to c cord.

Overall a good experience ordering a refurbished iPhone for my son. The phone came quickly and was just as described. I think we got a good deal! The only problem was that I had a question when buying the phone, sent a message through the help system, and then two days later, got a satisfaction email without ever getting my question answered.

I got the “PREMIUM” iPhone 11 option... the phone looks and works like new, honestly hard to tell the difference 😊 I’ll for sure return for a couple of iPads and check out their store for other items I might need.
