The company was ok. I was a bit nervous about purchasing life insurance online. But Eric/Maggie were helpful and informative. They made the process quite simple. They didn't bother me. And allowed me to contact them with questions and gave me guidance.

The agent, Ross, explained the steps and got me a good price for the term life insurance I was looking for. I like that Quotacy lets you speak with a real person from start to finish of the proces.

This company's customer service stood
This company's customer service stood out to me. They truly care about their customers and work hard to help them find the right insurance coverage. Quotacy stepped in when there were problems with my application, and because of their efforts, I'll be saving nearly $500 per year on premiums. That adds up to $5,000 over the course of my 10-year policy. I'll definitely be telling my friends about Quotacy.

I chose Quotacy for term insurance
I chose Quotacy for term insurance quotes for me and my spouse. While we did eventually receive our policies, I found the experience lacking in urgency and customer focus. It was difficult to get in touch with our agent, as they were unresponsive to emails, calls, and voicemails. Quotacy's response time left much to be desired.

Went w/ Quotacy for me & my spouse Term insurance quotes. We got policies, but felt lack of urgency & customer obsession from agent. Hard time reaching out (no response to emails, calls, voicemails whatsoever). Response time leaves much to be desired.
