    Our belongings were picked up in Mesa

    Our belongings were picked up in Mesa, Arizona on June 19th and only arrived on August 6th, far beyond the promised date for Nebraska. Each time, the price went up, and we paid several thousand dollars, yet not all items arrived! Some pictures, collector’s items, and my Dolce & Gabbana prescription glasses are missing. Also, a lot of cookware and clothes are gone. I tried calling the supervisor who gave me a direct number, but now they’re not answering. This has been a very bad experience, truly awful.

    This was the most strange experience I’ve ever had.

    This was the most strange experience I’ve ever had. The movers came late and seemed in a hurry to pack up my things. They didn’t take all of my stuff as promised. When I got my items back, most of them were scratched or broken.

    Moving from Northern Idaho to

    Moving from Northern Idaho to Arizona was supposed to be a straightforward process, but it turned into a nightmare. Initially, the quote was $5168, which seemed reasonable. Then, just days before the move, the price mysteriously skyrocketed to $19,980 because they claimed we needed a bigger truck. Moving day came, and they arrived with a smaller 26’ truck, supplemented by a rented 20’ U-Haul that they filled twice. After two loads left, the price jumped another $4000. When I confronted the driver, he simply asked if I wanted my belongings or not. Frustrated and helpless, we filed a lawsuit. Now, we hear they’ve gone out of business. What a mess!

    I had a bit of

    I had a bit of a mix-up with a moving company recently. They arrived a day earlier than planned, which caught me off guard. They said they were just there to help pack, but before I knew it, they were loading up some of my stuff – not even everything I needed moved! When my items finally arrived, I was pretty disappointed. Many of them were damaged, and it was clear they hadn’t been handled with care. It was a stressful experience, to say the least, and now I’m left dealing with broken belongings. Not exactly the smooth moving process I was hoping for.

    I was really pleased with

    I was really pleased with Steve's service. The final bill matched the estimate perfectly, which was a relief. No sneaky extra charges, even though his crew went above and beyond, helping me with furniture placement after delivery. I’m super grateful for that extra effort. It made the whole moving experience way less stressful. Would recommend them to anyone!
