To say it's way better than Sendgrid is an understatement.
To say it's way better than Sendgrid is an understatement. Their documentation and prices are clear. Templates are great and come with code examples (though the code examples button should be clearer, and they should update the node.js with current code). I still managed to set it up in less than 30 mins, including domain verification. I just wish they had a smaller plan as 10k emails per month is too much for my needs right now.

Their support is decent, but their spam
Their support is decent, but their spam policy is way too strict. Google allows 3 letters per thousand, but Postmark only allows one. Plus, they count multiple spam complaints per letter. I ended up ditching them. Also, their pricing isn't great. There are better options out there for small businesses with more reasonable spam policies - up to 3 letters per 1000.

Horrible service
Horrible service, I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for a week to adjust my subscription since I’ve cut down on subscribers and need to pay less. The payment is based on subscriber numbers, and I can’t change my plan without speaking to someone, but they won’t talk to me.
