    After a long weekend of partying, nothing beats a warm bowl of pho to get back on track, and Pholicious in Lake Forest gave us exactly what we were looking for. The broth was deep, tasty, and easily the best pho around here. Even my boyfriend, who is quite picky with pho, finished a big bowl without second thoughts! We also gave the garlic butter chicken wings a try. They had a good flavor, but were a bit dry inside, and the outside didn’t have the crunch we expected. Still, the pho was so good that we’ll surely return. Pholicious really lives up to its name!

    It was my first visit to the place and the food, service, and atmosphere were just right. The place is cheery and inviting! Our server, Joe, was really nice and supportive. Even with so many customers and orders coming in, he made sure each customer was well cared for. We really noticed his hard work and carefulness. I tried the Pho Special, and it was amazing! Thanks, we will be back for sure!

    I visited today with my daughter and it was really great, full of flavors in every detail. The portions were huge for a regular size! What stood out to me was that they inquired about allergies twice, showing good customer service. I’ll share my experience and will come back next week for more!!!

    The food is okay, but the customer service needs a lot of work

    The food is okay, but the customer service needs a lot of work. I asked for x1 beef noodle and x1 vegetable noodle, but they mixed it up and sent x1 beef and x1 chicken instead. I'm still waiting for a reply and a refund. I won’t order from them again. The Milton Keynes location has to fix their issues!
