I started using Pettable in 2022 and was initially doubtful about the process and its legitimacy. My case was handled by Aubrey, who was fantastic. I have severe anxiety and PTSD, and just before meeting Aubrey, I had a very distressing event. She was great at helping me feel relaxed enough to discuss my issues and had no trouble drafting my letter. To top it off, I've been able to do my annual renewals with her, which made everything simpler. I would highly recommend Aubrey and Pettable.

I arranged an appointment with a fast turnaround and had a great experience. The counselor I met with was the nicest and most compassionate therapist I’ve talked to in a while. I got the ESA letter just a few hours after the meeting, and it was complete and useful. Even though this service cost a bit more than I planned, I would happily do it again. I can live with my pets and don’t need to stress about being treated unfairly by my landlord.

I was waiting for US Service Animals to contact me about an ESA letter for my pup. Due to my phone carrier blocking calls, I had to find another company. Lightweight panicking Pettable ESA popped up on my IG feed. I gave them a chance. Applying and booking an appointment with a licensed therapist was so simple. Now, I have a working therapist and waiting for my housing letter approval. I'll look to Pettable for future ESA letters.

Pettable's staff are professional, and their ESA paperwork process is straightforward. Beware there are firms that scam and don't offer legal ESA docs. I checked other companies; one wasn't legit, and another needed long forms. At pettable, I just uploaded photos, they phoned me, and it was sorted in <5 minutes! 48 hours later, my ESA note was ready to download.

Quick service that did what they said it would. I was charged an extra fee for more services, which caught me off guard and was a letdown. However, the papers I received after paying for the second service helped me get approved without any problems. I’d use them again. Just be aware that you might need to buy another service to reach the outcome you want.

The process was quick, simple to book, and I got my document on time. I have one gripe - my letter mentioned specifics about my disability that I did not want included. Because of HIPAA rules, I don't have to reveal what my disability is, and I don't have to explain how my ESA aids me. If possible, I'd like my letter updated to remove these specifics.

Pettable is by far the best ESA company. I had issues with other companies, and I was afraid of trying again. But Pettable was so outstanding, communication is great, timing is perfect and solving issues was so easy. I LOVE that the costumer has direct contact with the doctor. I gotta say, this company finally did it - got rid of them pet fees. My new landlord's cool with it! The ESA letter from Pettable worked like a charm! As someone on disability with a fixed income, this is a huge relief. No more worrying about pet fees or deposits. I'm thrilled! I'd definitely recommend Pettable!

After being removed from flights because the flight was already full with ESA dogs, and having to pay an extra $250 every time I flew with my 4 lb Chihuahua, I just thought I would never fly again. I simply cannot travel without my dog. Somebody mentioned having her certified so I looked into it. I read all of the reviews. It was split down the middle of this is a scam / this is amazing. So I took a leap of faith and just did it. There was a minor hiccup: I needed a PSD travel package and they had me booked for an ESA housing package. I reached out to the doctor that I had the appointment with before the appointment. She said I needed to reach out to customer service, so I did. It was at this point I thought "well maybe this is a scam; they're going to charge me double for a mistake that I didn't make." Almost immediately customer service switched my package with no mention of any further charges. I had the appointment and Dr Miller was very nice. There was still a little bit of a disconnect and I did receive the ESA housing letter. I reached back out to both Dr Miller and customer service and within 24 hours I received the correct documentation - at no extra charge. I am very excited to now have a certified PSD document that I can provide to the airlines every time I fly whenever I book the tickets. I no longer have to worry about anything. I don't know about anybody else's experience but I can tell you that mine was definitely a positive one and I would recommend Pettable to anyone.

What a great service!! Aubrey was amazing—she handled my case with kindness, understanding, and did all she could to help and meet needs. The warmth and attention I got were just what I needed and really helped me stay motivated to be the best version of myself with my kitty cat by my side :)

Ugh, had a real headache dealing

Ugh, had a real headache dealing with these folks. Dropped a whopping $200 on what was supposed to be a stress-free service, but nope. Needed to reschedule, and they had the nerve to ask for an extra $30. Like, seriously? Decided to bail on the whole thing, asked for a refund, and guess what? They slapped another $30 charge on me. Outrageous, right? Total shady vibes. Save yourself the trouble, folks. Skip this sketchy company – just hit up your doc for that emotional support paper, free of charge. Lesson learned.

Unprofessional. Aubrey was driving during our call, clearly distracted. Ended the call by telling me to go find a new therapist/psychiatrist.
