Thatcher Mills was very helpful. He replied to my many emails with calmness and professionalism. I bought the Devilbiss ultra quiet 525DS-Q ... I wanted a backup to the Devilbiss 525 that I already own. The 525-DSQ is the new version of the 525. It’s basically the same machine but with updated parts and technology. They made it about 10-15 decibles quieter, which is the main change. That difference really makes the machine much quieter. The original 525 wasn’t too loud and it’s a reliable machine. I am very happy with what I bought. I looked into it carefully before buying. I also got a good price on this one. Thanks!
