This company is great.

This company is great. They are the GOLD STANDARD for professionalism in vacation rentals. The software depends on YOU and what you put in. I used it for years just for basics, not exploring its full potential—just templates and calendar. It works fine. When we got a new rental, I needed to automate things. I'm not tech-savvy. I used the docs (easy to read) and followed steps. If stuck, I watched videos or checked webinars. I posted in the Facebook Group—awesome resource. Got stuck, contacted help desk, got what I needed in hours. Nice people! I went live via VRBO API (didn't know what that meant), made templates for customer communication, revolutionized my business, AND made my own website. Yeah! It's intimidating and takes time. Plan weekends to start. If building templates, more time. But seriously, if I can, anyone can. Worth the effort!

OwnerRez is a great tool for managing bookings

OwnerRez is a great tool for managing bookings, messages, and pretty much everything I need for my vacation rentals. I also appreciated the fact that I could pay for OwnerRez and get someone from ProConnect (Adrielle) who helped me set up the property without missing anything or making errors. She knew a lot about OwnerRez, and also about what’s expected and how to properly run a vacation rental. I’d give Adrielle 10 stars. I juggle a few jobs and she really helped me stay organized.

We have been really satisfied with OwnerRez. Jen assisted us with the ProConnect and ProTransfer services. She was really supportive during the whole process. OwnerRez is a budget-friendly property management software with lots of integrations and features. It's simple to navigate. Our old software (Lodgix) had hidden channel fees. OwnerRez is cost-effective with a set monthly fee.

OwnerRez is a super helpful service for people in the property-rentals business. We used it for many years until we quit due to COVID-19 hitting the short-term vacation rentals. For getting organized in the rentals business, we highly recommend OwnerRez.

The weekly seminars are good

The weekly seminars are good, but getting the topics ahead of time would help. This way, we could choose whether to attend or not. We have skills in certain areas, so we might miss some, but there are topics where we could use more detailed training.

We've been using OR as our main platform, but unfortunately, we've encountered numerous issues that have led to lost reservations, with unsatisfactory resolutions from OR. The most recent bug resulted in canceled VRBO reservations still appearing on the owner's calendar, blocking future bookings without an option for us to remove them. In our experience, OR feels like half-baked software. The financial impact has been significant, with the annual fees we pay to OR being overshadowed by losses exceeding $10,000 a year due to blocked calendar dates that don't reflect actual reservations. Based on our experience, there's no return on investment with this software. I would advise others to stay away.
