Starting a new injection or infusion can be a lot of work, especially with insurance companies and specialty pharmacies involved. Desire at OptiMed made everything so much easier and smoother for me! I've visited this place twice for a PCR test, and both visits went well. The staff are polite and energetic, which made me feel more relaxed. They are professional and efficient. I'll definitely return to this OptiMed location if I need another test and will suggest it to others.

This company is by far the most terrible to work with.
This company is by far the most terrible to work with. I’ve been calling for days trying to sort things out, but they keep hanging up on me. They don’t return any calls and the staff is really rude. I’ll be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
