Good hosting experience overall

My Elphapex DG1+ is hosted in Dubai and it's been running pretty well so far, uptime is decent and no major headaches. I'm happy with how the service is going overall. The only thing I'd change is adding a more detailed earnings graph in the dashboard. Right now it's a bit basic and something with daily/weekly breakdowns would make tracking a lot easier. Still, good experience!

3 order; one miner had a bad dashboard

When my three orders arrived on November 28, one miner had a bad hashboard. Support told me I could try to fix it on my own first. I was unsure, but I followed their steps and got it working. They later sent some tools as compensation. The experience had a hiccup, but support handled it decently.

I bought an AE1 Lite a few days after my pay day

The AE1 Lite was online a few days after they got it to the data center. In the dashboard I could see the hashrate hovering close to the 300 MH/s as advertised, with uptime staying very stable. I really liked that I could see both the rewards and the estimated electricity fees in one place.

I contacted the support because i only have a limited idea about crypto mining. **** on the live support guided me and finally convinced me to invest on them. I bought the S21+ hydro that is giving me now about $15-17. I am happy i gave them a try!

I chose to host my KS7 in their Nigeria location because of very low electric fee. i like that the service was fast because it was setup after 6 days only. I also don't have any problem with the payouts. It is straightforward and simple.

sorry that i need to share this, but this is honestly what happened with this company. I chose home mining after checking the numbers :). At the start, they answered all my questions fast; but once I paid and got my miner, they stopped helping me, good thing I can fix issues myself. Also, I noticed they sent me a guide link by email which I admit was partly my falt too.

They always keep me updated

I am not sure what to buy but my friend vouched for Oneminers so I took the chance and ordered Antminer S21e Hyd and I chose Dubai hosting. They are always keeping me updated, they also sent me setup pics and they made sure that I could see my stats. I am super happy i trusted them!
