My loan officer, Paul Mejia, was really helpful

My loan officer, Paul Mejia, was really helpful to me more than once. He made refinancing my car with One AZ easy when I did it in October. Sadly, I started getting calls from the old company about owing them money and being behind on payments (but I’ve always paid on time). I called them, and they said they hadn't gotten the payoff check, even though Paul had shown me proof that it was signed for. They said they would investigate and get back to me. After two weeks with no news, I thought it was all cleared up… but I was wrong. I reached out to Paul again, and he quickly guided me on what to do next. He got a new payoff check sent out that same day. I really appreciate Paul and his help during such a tough time.

We worked with Zach R., and he made the whole process smooth and easy. He knew what he was talking about and made sure we were clear on everything. Although we were initially given a high APR rate, Zach went back to check and came back with a better offer. He also had our checks ready for a car loan really quickly. It was great that he helped us with various choices. My husband recommended this place, and I’ll surely return for any future loans.
