The limit order option is helpful for setting my price, and the fees are fair! However, with the issues in cefi, I am concerned about your financial stability; please stay safe and avoid the mistakes of other crypto platforms! It would be helpful to create a guide or videos to assist users like me in navigating your site. In general, it seems to be on the right track.

    I don't wanna bash OkCoin... Just need some help with my 2FA problem. My only issue with you guys is the time it takes for customer support. This is my second ask to remove 2fa 'cause I lost access to Authy. I asked months ago and still no access. Pls help.

    Dealing with withdrawals or getting assets out of Okcoin has been a hassle. I’ve been trying to get my Terra Luna for 3 months, but there’s always some issue, like the SMS verification not working or mobile call confirmation failing. It’s not just my case; changing phones didn’t make a difference. Customer service just glosses over the problem.

Their response? The runaround. It's clear they're on the brink of collapse, and if you're in the same boat, I urge you to salvage what you can before it's too late.
