So far, my experience has been good. Unlike other companies, they offer a free trial. I signed up, used the trial, and cancelled, but they still answered one of my questions after my trial ended. I was treated with respect and fairly, allowing me to continue the trial to get the answer and video. I needed some help with statistics and, in many cases, the question I needed help with was already answered. For some of the more difficult questions, I also checked with Chat GPT. I found one question on Numerade that had a typo, and I told them about it. However, Chat GPT had more mistakes in its calculations. Because of this, I can say with confidence that Numerade is my best choice compared to other options and AI services.

I just love Numerade! Their explanations in Science are amazing, covering every detail. I've found every University book I need there, with great support. They offer explanations from many tutors (+ AI), which really helps my learning. Plus, their team is always there to help. Numerade is like my study buddy, full of knowledge and inspiration. This company ain't no scam but when I looked for an answer, it said it was right but it wasn't, they cancelled it so it's not that bad like people say.

This is a total scam. Stay away and DO NOT sign any free trial with them or you'll pay dearly. I didn't even sign up. I downloaded the app but didn't enter any credit card info. I never got a welcome email or anything, thought I was safe. I emailed them from 3 different addresses trying to check if I had an account... 7 days later, I get an email telling me to ask questions, clicked it, and was being charged. I tried to prove the account was never used and I didn't sign up, but they said I had to pay. It was an apple download with no submission. So crazy and they took days to reply to my emails.

I signed up for numerade a week ago, and after cancelling the free trial, they took 180 dollars from my account. It feels like a scam, as the answers are behind a pay wall and not verified at all. The customer service is lacking; I’ve emailed them every three days, but they keep saying they are still looking into it. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Stay Away!!

Stay away Stay away! This is a complete scam. Difficult to cancel the trial and there are no emails to inform you of billing being processed. Customer support is unresponsive, and when you do receive a response it’s a generic blanket response.
