I'm a 35-year-old who's tried various subscription boxes, and this one stands out. As someone not too keen on makeup, the included pamphlet is a game-changer, explaining items often labeled in foreign languages. The value, quality, and customer service are top-notch. Despite a damaged item in my last box, likely due to heat, their swift response and the bonus item in my next box were impressive. It's been a makeup lifesaver for clueless individuals like me. Unfortunately, financial constraints may pause my subscription, but I'll definitely grab a box occasionally in the future. Cheers to their fantastic service!

This here's my first ever sub box

This here's my first ever sub box (35 y/o, so had lotsa chances). Totally dig it. Makeup never was my thing when I was young, no online tuts back then. Each box has a lil' pamphlet to explain stuff (labels mostly in Korean, Japanese, etc.). Good value, quality, and service. Last box had a busted item (prob from heat), they fixed it up quick and threw in a bonus next time. Big ups to them! For folk like me clueless 'bout makeup, this rocks. Sadly, gotta stop soon 'cause of cash probs, but I'll snag a box now'n'then later.

Absolutely love the adorable products

Absolutely love the adorable products, and the element of surprise is delightful. Sadly, my experience with shipments has been a major letdown. Subscribed since April, but faced three issues already. The palette I was eagerly anticipating arrived completely destroyed. While the products are cute and enjoyable, the shipping hassles, especially in Europe, dampen the overall experience.

I got this beauty box as a birthday gift from my husband. I was really happy to open it, and I liked what I found inside. There were lots of good things in there, not just skincare stuff but makeup and things for nails too. It was a nice surprise.

Their products are great. I adore the eyeshadow palette. I purchased one in April and then the face cleaning stuff. Both April and May boxes were amazing.

delivery took a tad longer

The company's delivery took a tad longer, but they told us nicely - all good. I really like all their stuff, especially how there's a mix for everyone.

I used to get this box a few

I used to get this box a few years ago and it was fine. Seems to have gone downhill since. The box is way pricier now and they've also added a pretty high shipping fee. Shipping used to be included in the boxes price. For this high shipping fee I had to wait about two weeks for the box to actually ship. What am I paying the high shipping rate for exactly? Items were pretty cheap and all very samey. Not worth the cost of the box. One item that was advertised had also been switched with a cheap facemask without any notification from the company. Also, they don't offer refunds which is very shadey.
