I bought the Jupiter in 2019

I bought the Jupiter in 2019. It worked great for keeping my skin firm and reducing wrinkles. Sadly, it stopped charging in 2024. I reached out to customer service, hoping to get it fixed. After some emails and sending the device back to Spacetouch, they sent me a completely new one. Really great customer service that kept me updated, even over the holidays. I highly recommend their products. They're well worth the investment.

I like my Jupiter light wand. Writing my initial review, I was happy with the help I got to send back a broken device. Customer support kept me informed about the steps to assess and replace it. I had registered it right after buying it and they respected the lifetime warranty with no problem. Thanks SPACETOUCH!

I’m really happy with my Jupiter!

I’m really happy with my Jupiter! Folks often guess I’m a decade or so younger, so it’s like getting a free facelift! The lifetime guarantee is no joke. My unit broke after years of use, but they got back to me fast. They couldn’t fix it, so I got a brand new Jupiter in just a few days.

I adore my Space Touch.

It's been with me for a while and helps my skin stay youthful. Recently, though, it wouldn't charge. Dealing with the company was great. They swiftly replaced my device. THANK YU

I bought this product while I was on vacation in Aruba.

I bought this product while I was on vacation in Aruba. The salesman was really good at showing it to me and explaining it. We decided to buy it, even though it was a big expense, and I asked the salesman if he could send me some instructions on how to use it with the facial products. He told me he would email me the directions. Now I’ve had the Jupiter for two weeks, but I never heard back from him. I’m still using it, hoping I’m doing it right. The pamphlet that came with it only covered the Jupiter, not the face creams. I feel a bit misled. I’ve never spent this much on face products before. They do make my skin feel good, but it was a very high price.
