    A couple of days ago, my husband spent $19 on the Osteo Yoga Course, which we thought was a single payment. Today, we saw that $89 was taken from his bank account without his permission. We are both very angry because he didn’t agree to that charge. Please give us our money back RIGHT AWAY since we didn’t plan for this.

    I bought a set of dance videos and soon found out I was charged $79 for a subscription I never signed up for. This was alarming because I had been tricked in a similar way before and had to cancel my card. I emailed Newmindstart right away asking for a refund. They responded by offering lifetime access to their products for free if I reconsidered canceling. When I said no, Linda from customer service assured me I'd get a refund and advised me not to contact my bank to avoid delays. In the end, I did receive my full refund within a week, so I updated my rating to four stars. However, you should make it clearer to customers that they are subscribing to a monthly payment. From other reviews, it seems many people, including me, missed the subscription box because it was not obvious. Making this more visible would prevent unnecessary stress and improve your rating.

    I bought a course, and they signed me up for a monthly plan, which I didn’t want. I attempted multiple times through emails to cancel my plan. No replies, yet they billed me for another month. I’ll be annoyed if they bill me again next month!! I guess I’ll have to report this and contact my bank to stop them. Be careful!

    Watch out!! I thought I was getting a single course package, but actually, I was automatically signed up for a costly subscription ($89/month). The course I wanted was just 10 sessions, each lasting only 3-7 minutes, which is absurd. Very misleading!!!

    We are experiencing the same issue as many others. We enrolled in a course, and at the time of signup, there was no clear mention of how long the class would be or that we would be charged a monthly fee. Now, three months later, we are trying to cancel, and I did receive a quick response to my request; however, let’s see if anything get done. It would be helpful if they clarified this in their ads on facebook and such.

    They make you purchase subscription that is not clear that you are even purchasing it.

    I only purchased the $19 course but a few days later my CC was charged for a second purchase which I didn't make for $89. I sent the email to let them know there was an extra charge and asked them to cancel both purchases and refund the money. I received a reply on the next business day saying that the second purchase was automatically made when I purchased a $19 course and the subscription was canceled. But didn't mention whether a $19 course was canceled or not or the refund was made, so I just sent another email to make sure about it... I'm hoping to get the refunds and am never going to purchase anything from this company ever again.

    Fraudulous attempt to repeat-bill me without my consent

    Like other customers, I am finding out today that I am being repeatedly billed $89 USD to my credit card every month without my consent. I had agreed to a one-time purchase for the Mana Movement Course, but never for a monthly membership. I emailed them to revert the charges and will wait to see what they say. I will be back with more news.

    NewMindStart handled my refund request quickly. I checked with my bank today, and the charge was reversed back to my account on Nov 7. That’s why I’m giving them 4 stars, but I took off 1 star because the issue could have been prevented from happening again. I want to appreciate NewMindStart Support for being understanding and acting quickly to resolve the matter. They’ve shown good service. One thing I would recommend is for NewMindStart to rethink their checkout page design. It might help avoid the accidental activation of the 7-day free trial, which leads to unwanted subscription fees.

    Amazing, doable exercises, what I like most is that there's NO EXTRA CHATTER!! Just simple, direct instructions, spoken in a nice tone. I've had issues with neck and jaw tightness, and after doing these exercises, I feel more relaxed and my mind is sharper. Definitely recommend.

    New Mind start offers a welcoming space for women to explore ways of improving their physical and mental health. The support from the team is great; they are very knowledgeable about the classes and even help transfer students between them for free. After trying out different gyms and looking for mental health advice, I discovered a place that helps me progress at my own pace, even late at night, while managing work and caring for my son.     I signed up for a discounted course today, and I think I must have clicked the wrong button by accident, which led to me getting a second free trial that I didn’t need. I noticed that the trial ends in 7 days and that I would be charged for the subscription after that. I contacted the support team and didn’t expect them to reply so quickly. Anett got back to me in less than an hour and helped me cancel the extra subscription. What a relief! It’s nice to deal with honest people online who are quick to fix any issues. Thanks, Anett!

    The class material here is really good! I'm loving the "I choose to rise: Empower & Embodiment course for women"! The second asana yoga lesson is so powerful – it really helps you connect with yourself!     I recently bought a small course from New Mind Start and was given a 2-week free trial for their subscription service. I checked it out during the two weeks but decided it wasn’t the right fit for me and I’d rather buy each course separately. Pauline was very helpful! I just emailed the company through the email on their dashboard to cancel the subscription, and Pauline quickly took care of it.

I’m disappointed that my initial experience was poor, as the customer service was quite good and could have made things much better.
