I'm really glad I picked Piece of Cake for my move

I was quite stressed and didn't have a final move-to location until literally two days before. I kept in touch with the team through texts and got the required COI within a few minutes each time. On moving day, Marco and his colleague were super helpful, packing some of my stuff as I was running late. My move-in building was blocked due to a festival (typical NYC!), but they didn't complain, just parked and pushed my stuff on the sidewalks. I'm now fully moved in with no hard work on my part. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I can't believe how well this company did with my move!

I can't believe how well this company did with my move! The price they gave me was accurate, with no extra fees. The team leader was really helpful in explaining everything to me and making sure I felt good about the plan. The whole team worked hard to keep things running smoothly, even getting insurance for my building really fast. They showed up on time with a full truck and were super fast and careful with all my stuff, even though a couple things got a little damaged. I was amazed at how well they did!

Milos Boljevic was excellent. He called one hour before pick up time and arrived early to pick up items for move (Arlington, VA). He packed the truck efficiently and everything was well organized. Communication was clear and his attitude was extremely positive. He arrived on time to deliver items in Brooklyn. The items were delivered in the same condition as they were picked up. He was very professional and polite, showing a strong passion for his work.

After getting several quotes for my move, it was obvious that Piece of Cake had the best prices around. The booking process was simple and smooth. My mover (Bryant) was very helpful and professional, and made me feel like my belongings were in good hands. Moving day was actually enjoyable and truly a “piece of cake.” Thank you!

The movers were quick

The movers were quick, cautious, and really good at their job. Our old movers struggled to fit the sofa in the elevator, lugged it up five flights of stairs, and had a tough time getting it into the apartment. It was a tough task. But these movers got my couch in and out of the elevator without any damage.

Took care of our belongings and made sure everything was placed exactly how we wanted before they finished. Marko and his team were awesome!! I would deffinitely hire them again.

The two guys who arrived

The two guys who arrived at my place were excellent. They were very competent, respectful, and nice. Heroes! They took away all the stress for me. I don’t know what they make, but they deserve a raise!!

I move with them last week.

I move with them last week. They came 15 mins early, which was nice. By 8:30am, everything from my 1 bdrm was on the truck. They handle my stuff real careful. I keep saying how fast they were. Good job!

Company do well. They answer fast. Get schedules and CoIs easy. Talk before moving good. Team come on time. Pack fast. Pack good. No broken things. Everything professional.

The moving guys were really good. I've had some bad experiences before with other companies, but it seemed like these guys were focused on making things simple for us.

Extremely disappointed with the company's

Extremely disappointed with the company's service. The initial invoice for 50 boxes was a far cry from the actual requirement of 140 on packing day. Despite the removal of 10 pieces of furniture, they demanded an extra $2000 before proceeding. Eventually, I reluctantly paid an additional $950. The lack of transparency in the initial quote and the unexpected demands left me feeling manipulated and dissatisfied. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.
