    Great service and smooth process! I had a delivery problem recently, and the Kitsch team - especially Nieky - took care of everything with great attention and professionalism. They were helpful, quick to reply, and really focused on fixing the issue fast. Although my original order was sent back because of a shipping mistake, they quickly sent a new one and kept me updated throughout. The communication was clear and polite, and I always felt supported. It’s hard to find such considerate service these days. I'm happy with how it all went and will keep shopping with Kitsch. Thanks for turning a stressful time into a positive outcome!

    It feels good to get friendly and fast help when ordering and talking with the staff! One of my items did not arrive in my package. I sent an email to customer service and soon got a response with an apology and a clear plan to send the missing item! Great products and very nice, quick, and helpfull team supporting them! I really recommend KITSCH!!
