    I chatted with Amanda.

    I chatted with Amanda. She was nice and easy to talk to. She was patient and answered all my questions which helped a lot. I asked about various hotels and resorts. She even let me call the hotel. Amanda gave clear answers and made everything easy to understand. Her attitude made me choose a vacation when I was about to skip booking with Monster Reservation. Some other reps were pushy or maybe I just wasn't in the mood. Thanks Amanda. I'm excited about my trip to Myrtle Beach. It should be a great birthday getaway.

    Omeisha from the TED Team is AMAZING!!!

    Omeisha from the TED Team is AMAZING!!! I've been trying to schedule this trip since October, and now I can finally plan my NYC days. Omeisha patiently, expertly answered all my questions and found a way to fix my problems with Booksi and Monster. She got my hotel room reserved at the place I wanted. Monster is lucky to have Omeisha. Finding five-star employees is hard. She deserves a corner office, a raise, and some more time off.

    Susan Cardona was great to work with. She made everything simple to follow and gave me the sense of being my supporter to find the best vacation deal possible. What really matters to me is that Susan answers phone calls and emails quickly – having good communication makes the process smooth. I will keep booking vacation deals through Susan Cardona only at Monster Reservatons Group.

    Monster Reservation Group gave us the most help we ever received. We were always afraid of timeshare but this man was very kind. He truly was so caring and nice when my husband fell ill. What could have been a bad situation turned into a great one because we can now rebook for Maui. This guy showed the best customer service I have seen. Thanks a lot, Michael!

    For our 19th Anniversary, we stayed at the Palmera Inn & Suites.

    For our 19th Anniversary, we stayed at the Palmera Inn & Suites. The room was lovely. We had both downstairs and upstairs spaces. It was roomy, tidy, and the staff were fantastic! The folks on the Island were friendly and polite. We had a great experience at all the beaches we visited. We booked through Booksi/Monster, and the price fit our budget. My contact, Nicholas Debenedictis, was helpful and guided us through the booking process. We enjoyed every day of our stay!

    The company name starts with Monsters for a reason

    False Advertising & Bait and Switch to get you to pay more money each time you reschedule. I kept paying $199 for the so-called white glove service that is supposed to allow you to reschedule. They keep emailing my to reschedule because I couldn't make my recent trip due to developing pneumonia. But when I try to reschedule there are more unexpected fees. So all the money I paid already is gone and I can't use it to reschedule my trip. Misleading Information: I have been misled several times about the total cost of the trip (including hidden fees), and the terms and conditions of their reservations. Difficulty with Refunds and Customer Support: I have struggled many times to many to get refunds or resolve issues with customer service. Unethical Sales Practices: Some former employees have described the company's sales tactics as unethical and manipulative. Everyone should do more research into Monster Reservations. There are other travel agencies that is way better than Monster Reservations just wanting to keep pocketing your money stating that what you already paid cannot be used towards another trip that you couldn't previously take due to illness. I am done wasting my time and money with these Monsters. Me and my family are going with another agencies.
