I wouldn't suggest this company at all. They took advantage of me by selling a really overpriced car that wasn't worth it. I bought a brand new 2024 Mercedes Benz Vito Tourer 8-seater for $82,000 with just 1500 miles on it, and after only 3 months, it overheated and started to smell like it was burning. The worst part was when I asked them to take the car back and refund me, they refused. I’m lucky no one got hurt, especially since I had 7 kids in the car. This company is just a big disappointment.

I've had a 2020 GLE 450

I've had a 2020 GLE 450, and the dealership is aware of a growing transmission noise issue, but they're not willing to put in more time or money to resolve it. When I reached out to Mercedes head office, all they said was "talk to the dealer." After owning BMWs for over 32 years with no real problems, I’ve found my experience with Mercedes over the past three years to be disappointing. Too many ongoing issues that seem to never get solved. Won't be buying again.

I purchased a Mercedes Benz GLC 300 -2024

I purchased a Mercedes Benz GLC 300 -2024 about 8 months ago, and it now has only 2,700 Km on the odometer. I had to visit the service center twice, and on the second visit, they towed the car. Furthermore, the bumper and body were damaged when I took it in for service during the second week of ownership. This is a DISAPOINTING CAR and AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE experience. I wouldn't recommend buying it!

I got a new car from Mercedes-Benz Edinburgh Fort Kinnaird, but it kept breaking down and the gear kept going to neutral. The gearbox had problems shifting up, which almost led to an accident. I even provided videos and pictures, but they still refused to acknowledge the problem. I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

This is my biggest nightmare, the car is still under warranty and Mercedes doesn't want to take any responsibilty for the parts breaking, the worst car experience I've ever had.

When I asked them to take the vehicle back and refund my money, they refused. I feel lucky no one was hurt, especially since I was carrying 7 kids. It's a letdown from the company. A real disappointment.
