One of the ducts wasn't blowing air
When my A/C stopped working, one of the ducts wasn't blowing air. I tried contacting the company several times, but got no response. Frustrated, I filed a complaint with the BBB. Instead of resolving it, they disputed my claim. They haven’t honored any warranty, and I've been waiting forever for decent customer service.
Interestingly, after posting a review on Trustpilot, the company finally reached out. Their response was more insulting than helpful. I had been emailing them for a month with no reply. They even took down my Facebook review without contacting me. Then out of the blue, a technician texted me to schedule a visit.
After months of emails, voicemails, and posts, they’re finally addressing my issue this week, thanks to Trustpilot. I'll update my review afterwards.
