Dishonest! Cheating people in the name of education

This is a team of complete frauds. Took money for 150 classes. Hardly did a few. Now refusing to refund. Not taking any phone calls or responding to my emails. A group of cheats. All the other reviews here seem to be paid! They tried to trick me into recommending this to others. I wanted to see how the performed before getting others tricked.

They do not pay salary

They have not paid salary for November december and january 2025 We all teachers have been waiting and working But no payments are made Now thery are changing teachers who have joined recently and assigning them students And the loop goes on No body is paid for the work

This company is a complete fraud

This company is a complete fraud, they took my payment in advance and then halted the classes. I've been trying to contact someone in charge but no luck. My son is stuck and has exams coming up in just a month. I paid for English and Python lessons, but now I'm left with nothing.

My son has been attending maths

My son has been attending maths classes with Rishab and he is happy with the lessons. A big thanks to Rishab! Pratibha, the science teacher, is also good. The coordinators are very quick to respond and always help when needed. The only issue we've faced is with the app – it can be slow and a bit difficult to connect through. However, when classes are held on Zoom, everything works well.

With not much time to teach math ourselves, we decided to sign up our daughter for LurniGo, and it has been a great choice! The tutors are skilled, approachable, and follow U.S. school methods. Their services are wonderful!! Scheduling is very flexible, and the tutors are highly skilled and knowledgeable. My high schooler is taking math, and we are very happy with the results! The scheduling coordinators are always responsive and willing to work with us! They are available during US time zones.

LurniGo is a Fraud and Scam- I lost my $720

I hope you are well. I am writing to bring to your attention some serious concerns regarding my experience with LurniGo, which I believe reflects the company's unethical practices. I enrolled my daughter in their PSAT 45 English course, paying the full amount of $720 for 45 classes, but the experience has been disappointing. Initially, after starting the course, I was informed that the teacher had left, and a new teacher was assigned. However, after just 8 classes, the lessons were stopped again, and for the past 3 weeks, there have been no classes. I was then asked to schedule a demo class again and now they are not responding my email, what’s app group and even call. Furthermore, I have now learned that LurniGo is repeatedly changing teachers and failing to pay them on time, which is causing teachers to leave. Despite these ongoing issues, LurniGo is unwilling to refund the remaining balance for the classes I lost my $720. I would strongly advise against enrolling in any of their programs or referring them to anyone. It seems that the company’s primary focus is collecting payments rather than delivering a quality educational service. If anyone is considering enrolling with LurniGo, I urge you to think twice. I am currently exploring all options to get my refund for the remaining classes and will keep you updated on any progress. If anyone has any advice on how to escalate this matter or get back my payment, I would greatly appreciate your suggestions. Fraudulent Service – Took My Money and Disappeared

This so-called tutoring service is an absolute scam. They took my money and never provided a single class. After countless follow-ups, messages, and calls, all I got was silence or vague excuses. They have ignored repeated refund requests and are clearly avoiding responsibility. This isn't just poor service — it's blatant fraud. They’ve taken payment without delivering what was promised, and that’s theft, plain and simple. I have warned them that if the refund is not processed immediately, I will escalate this matter through legal channels and file a formal complaint for financial misconduct. Avoid this service at all costs. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unethical. If you value your time and money, stay far away.

it's a pathetic service comes with a hefty price

I enrolled both my daughters in their science and math classes, and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Getting them into classes feels like I'm constantly begging — entirely at the mercy of a disorganized system. They’re irregular with attendance, and there’s zero accountability. No one is ever available to talk to or actually help. Every time I reach out, there’s a new counselor who promises to "handle it," and then disappears like the last one. Nothing ever gets resolved. I strongly urge others to stay away from this platform. I honestly regret ever leaving the previous service I was using — at least they knew what consistency and support meant. This has been a huge mistake, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Cheaters

Very unprofessional and dishonest group. Charged for 50 sessions after a demo with good teacher, but never gave an actual class with the same teacher. We took 1 class with substitute substandard teacher and asked for the same teacher but no availability. We’ve taken just 1 class and asking for refund- but now they’re ghosting us. Terrible group. Worst experience.

this is fraud. they are not arranging any Class after getting money. Maian manager - venkatesh , I am trying to reach him since 1 month but he did not pick up the phone and not refund my money and not arranging the Class. Don't trust

SCAM ALERT: Avoid "Lurnigo"

I wanted to share my awful experience with Lurnigo (an Indian online tuition company) so others don’t fall victim. I paid $200 for their services, but they stopped responding and effectively vanished after taking my money.

Fraud website and services

Took money for all the classes and not offering them, completely blocked my calls, no response and worst service. All the employees are quitting and no body to talk to. Complete betrayal and waste of time and money.

Lurni go totally fraud system.

I lost my money $1100 for 100 maths classes. Now no one gives answers on mobile phone or email. Don’t trapped in this fraud system.

Such a scam paid for 100 classes after 20 non one responds such low lives .. shame on these people How can they do that
