Being a customer for over 5 years
Being a customer for over 5 years, our experience has been marred by a revenue model that seems unfair. Charges are based on traffic rather than the value added by their service. Unfortunately, we faced issues with bots, leading to an unexpected surge in traffic and subsequent exorbitant Leaddyno bills. Despite our request for credits to cover the overcharges, they refused to accommodate. As a result, we're now exploring alternative providers that prioritize fair treatment of their customers.

My experience with LD has been
My experience with LD has been quite disappointing. The product is hard to set up, and the documentation is not helpful at all. The support is really bad too; they only respond to emails, and it takes more than a day to get a reply. It's frustrating that it took me over a week to get everything set up when it should have only taken a couple of hours for integration.

LD is a letdown. Their product is hard to set up, the instructions are not clear, and getting help is a pain. It took me more than a week to get started. You can only get support through email, and it takes too long to hear back. It's not worth the hassle. Setting it up should be quick and easy, but it's not.
