The process went really smoothly! I sent in the necessary papers on June 5th, and the appraiser reached out just two days after. The appraisal was done in three days, and the results came back in four days. Underwriting was finished in four days, including a holiday. The closing happened five business days later, and payment was received four days after that—making it from June 5th to July 2nd! Danielle was great!
