Ordered a bunch, and turns out some pieces are playing the size-shrink game – inconsistent much? And to top it off, the whole batch feels kinda lightweight, like they were playing fast and loose with the proportions. Not my first rodeo ordering from them, but this size surprise might just make it the last. Fingers crossed they tighten up their size game for the next round!

Trying out some sample-sized
Trying out some sample-sized bottles, and the shipping wizards decide to send them in boxes instead of padded envelopes. I can practically hear those bottles clinking around in there. To top it off, no emails until a solid two days after it was already on its way. Talk about fashionably late! So much for diving into the product right away. Hope they tighten up that shipping game and work on their email timing.
