I had a chat with a representative regarding some display problems with my account status. Initially, it showed 'Prescription' after program approval, but later reverted to 'Consultation' without any reason. The representative checked with the Pharmacy and confirmed my prescription is on file. They're creating a ticket for IT to look into this issue. I must say, the chat agents have been great. Both were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They addressed all my questions and handled my concerns well.
