We arranged a move with IMN from Texas to Oaxaca, Mexico, in February, but due to unexpected issues, we were unable to go through with it. I reached out to Mr. Zohar, the general manager, via email to explain the situation, and he was very understanding. He promised a refund to my debit card, and I received it within two days. The customer service was very helpful. I appreciate Evelyn, Mika, and Johnathon for their work on organizing the logistics for the move. It's unfortunate that things didn't go as planned.
