I recently used SEKA for a local move in Brooklyn. Jimmy and his team did a great job making the process smooth. They were efficient with packing our 2-bedroom apartment and loading it onto their truck, which gave me some peace of mind. When unloading, they worked quickly and carefully. Even though the movers seemed exhausted, they were friendly and clearly took care with our belongings and furniture.

Thank you, Vlady and the Seka team, for assisting us with our recent local move! The team made the estimate, inventory, and moving tasks quite simple, effective, and secure. They did a lot to ensure we got everything arranged well and were great at handling our oddly shaped furniture.

I recently moved my 1-bedroom apartment from NY to PA with SEKA. The move went well overall. The movers were polite and took care with our things. They were also good at keeping me updated and made sure everything arrived safely on time.

I was somewhat satisfied with the move when it finally concluded. However, it was quite a nuisance.

I made a booking and paid, but the day before the move, they delayed my 'guaranteed' time and blamed the reservation team. They arrived late for the new time slot, and it was tough to get any accurate details. The movers did well (even though my coffee table got a chip, which can happen, so I understand). The movers had me submit reviews at 10:30pm before they finished up. That part I wasn't happy with, but I did it, thinking I'd modify it later (which is what you're reading). I received a call the next day apologizing for the troubles and offering a discount through a refund. I was told to expect an email with a release. It’s been a week now, and I haven't heard a thing from them. They claim to be the most trusted name in moving. I’m not sure if 'most' is the right word. I wouldn't say to steer clear of them. But ensure you talk with someone who knows what they're doing to avoid any last-minute changes.

Very poor service.

Very poor service. They were late and then took more than 4 hours to return my things. I was told it would take around 45 minutes, but it ended up being much longer. The movers ignored my calls and messages, and I couldn’t get through to customer service either. They arrived after 9pm. Really bad experience.
