    I find the trading platform -

    I find the trading platform - I mosly use TWS - good and easy to use. I like access to many financial markets. Information is a lot and helps me make solid trading decisions. Trading costs are shown honestly and transparently, so I can set my cost targets and avoid surprises.

    The website is user-friendly

    The website is user-friendly, and whenever I encounter any issues, the live chat support is a reliable resource. They offer TBSZ accounts, which is beneficial for us Hungarians, and I find the prices to be fair overall.

    Recently joined from New Zealand.

    Recently joined from New Zealand. Deposits come in fast, sometimes within an hour, sometimes 2-3 hours. Much quicker than what we have locally in NZ. Only contacted support once. I had SMS issues, support replied within 12 hours and solved the problem. Fees are low and the website is easy to use once you get the hang of it. Wouldn't suggest the downloadable Mac app though, it uses Java, which is a bit of a pain.

    Overall I'm happy with IBKR, but here's what could be better: Old-fashioned interface - seems from the 90s. Check M1 for ideas. IBKR site - slow, needs to be faster for 2024. Help team - takes too long to reply to tickets. Totally not OK.

    So far I like Intearctive brokers, but the usability could be improved, it's not that user friendly! Haven't had contact with customer support yet though which many criticise.

    I find the trading platform useful.

    I find the trading platform useful. But there are some things missing that should be added soon: Level II - It needs stop capability and arrow tracking for orders. Medved Trader has these features, so teaming up with them might help. But your data feed to them has issues. You should discuss this with Medved. Charts - A trendline break alert is needed. Medved offers this, so partnering with them could be beneficial like how you (IB) have with Trading View. Customer Service - You need more staff for handling Emails. Response times are often bad or even non-existent.

    Good service, gets a lot of things right

    Good service, gets a lot of things right (though reports could be clearer). Leaving because the only way to access my account now is by installing another app on my phone for authentication. No way to opt out. Can’t use Google/Microsoft authenticator unless I'm outside the USA. Must install the app or else I can’t get into my account. I’m a PC user, dislike mobile devices and the data tracking. This annoys me, so I’m switching my account to Fidelity.

    The iOS mobile app is far from ideal

    The iOS mobile app is far from ideal. It repeatedly asks for a password and Face ID before every trade, even after the initial login. It occasionally logs you out when switching apps, and in the last 3 weeks, it randomly fails to recognize the password right before a trade, with no option to reset it via the app. Multiple reports haven't led to a fix, and the only workaround is following reset instructions on a desktop. This recurring issue has been a significant inconvenience.

    This broker was the worst I've encountered

    This broker was the worst I've encountered. Outsourced customer service, an overly cumbersome process for trade permissions, and funds held for extended periods. To put it bluntly, my experience can be summed up as nothing short of a mess.
