Order #2407012054 Very disappointing. They charged Rs.275 more after placing the order. This should have been mentioned before paying or during booking. Rip-off Company. Avoid this website indiacakes (dot) com. Customer service was terrible, and I never got any useful response. They just hung up on me. Seems like a scam. I emailed to cancel and get a refund, but no reply. They're just trying to deceive people.

It's great that Indiacakes delivers to remote areas where others can't reach. That's unique. Customer service is good, prices are fair, and delivery is on time. The pineapple cake we got was delicious. Thanks, Indiacakes, for making our celebrations better. Hope they keep serving more people. Best wishes to them.

Please ensure all fees are listed on the payment page and avoid requesting additional funds, as it harms your reputation. Thanks for the delivery, though it was quite pricey.

This website isn't reliable.

This website isn't reliable. They spoil special occasions just to earn money. Their tricks ruin surprises for our loved ones, which is really upsetting. Also, they claim to offer free delivery but later demand delivery fees after we've already ordered. They claim it's too far, but why didn't they realize that earlier? They didn't pay attention to the address. My order number is 22114018. Please refund the amount charged promptly by canceling my order. I made the order today, March 29th, 2024. This is not professional, especially on a special day.

I ordered with order no. 2404114557 and paid as shown. But after payment, they emailed saying the delivery address is too far and need extra ₹275 /- for delivery. What rubbish! Why not mention this earlier? This site is fake. Bad behavior fooling trusting customers. I'm a lawyer and will sue. Deliver my order or refund my money. Face consequences otherwise.

Indiacakes.com -Extremely disappointed with the service. I am an NRI and often use online platforms to send cakes and gifts to my family in India. Ive had consistently good experiences with providers like Winni, Ferns N Petals, etc.they're affordable, reliable, and provide excellent support. This time, I decided to try Indiacakes.com, and it turned out to be a terrible mistake. I ordered a cake, flowers, chocolates & sweets combo, and the website showed delivery was available to the selected postcode. Even though their prices are on the higher side, I went ahead and paid extra for a guaranteed delivery window of 24 PM. However, within 10 minutes of booking, I received an email demanding an additional Rs 275/- because the delivery address was supposedly far from their center. That immediately raised red flags, and when I checked online reviews(unfortunately after placing the order & payment), I realized this seems to be their regular tactic. I contacted customer service, only to be told bluntly that if I didn't pay the extra amount, the order wouldnt be deliveredand they dont offer cancellations or refunds either. One of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever hadthe agent spoke as though I owed them money rather than being a paying customer. Reluctantly, I paid the additional Rs 275/- hoping they would at least fulfill the delivery on time. But it only got worse. Despite multiple follow-upsincluding international calls from my endthe delivery finally happened around 9:30 PM, completely missing the intended celebration. And to top it off, the roses were never delivered at all. Ironically, they claimed the delivery address was too far and hence the extra charge, yet the cake ended up being sent from a bakery located even further 3-4km inside from the center. What a joke. There was no communication, no apology, and absolutely no accountability from their side. A special occasion was ruined due to this companys negligence and poor ethics. I am demanding a full refund for the undelivered and delayed items, and I strongly urge others to avoid Indiacakes.com at all costs. This has been a highly frustrating and disappointing experience.
