It's an okay program, no doubt. Unfortunately, it didn't really assist me much, maybe I didn't do things right. But that's not the issue. I requested a refund, and they didn't deny it. I had a nice time with Fixxpo's support team. I bought their one-month software service for one device to fix my iPhone, which was frozen on the logo. Sadly, I couldn't fix the device because of hardware problems, not software. However, with Fixxpo's great help, I got a refund after talking through email with a rep. All in all, I rate their service five stars!

The app functions, but it forces you to waste characters since there's no length estimate, so you keep adding to the text. The auto-renewal on the subscription is unavoidable and not simple to cancel. They are not complete scammers, but they let you overspend by not being careful.
