Rates matter a lot to us. They provided a competitive rate when other companies failed to offer savings. The service is also quite good, we mainly care about rates, but the service is an added benefit.

It is quite difficult to follow your technicians.
It is quite difficult to follow your technicians. I have never had a conversation with someone who was easy to understand. Not once have I spoken to an American representative. This time, my problem was not fixed. I got a case number, but I waited to be contacted and haven’t had the chance to follow up. When you are very busy, it is a big issue to deal with someone who doesn’t understand your concerns and then has to wait for a solution.
