They send spiral-bound information, but there's a consistent issue with getting orders wrong. When reaching out to address the problem, they claim the items were inaccurately ordered through Home CEU, and they can't resolve it on their end. My order, placed on 2/26/24, remains unresolved as of 3/4/24, creating an ongoing challenge for resolution.
