I didn’t know this delivery company, and I have to say I was a bit nervous waiting for my order after reading some comments... but everything went fine in the end. Once the package was sent, I got a text with the tracking number, then another one to pick a delivery day. On the morning of the delivery, I got one more text saying the 2-hour window. Everything went well, the parcel was droped at the bottom of the building, just like we agreed, in the time frame they gave. Just one thing ⚠️ the driver doesn’t call before showing up like some others do. He rang my bell straight away. So make sure to be ready during the time slot, and don’t go far or you might miss him. Better to stay close by, even if you’re busy doing something else.

The delivery went well. I received my package on time. The driver was very friendly and smiley, ready to assist me with putting away my heavy and undamaged parcel. I would recommend this delivery service in Thouaré sur Loire without any hesitation.

This company is totally unhelpful.

This company is totally unhelpful. They didn't deliver my parcel and marked on the tracking system that they asked me for a delivery date. This never happened. They also claim that my address is incomplete, but it's fully complete and everyone else delivers here with no issue. It's impossible to reach them, and they only have an online contact form. I’ve tried messaging them twice, but nobody has gotten back to me.

I’m still waiting for my order (8 boxes): their customer service at La Courneuve agency never answers the phone, and the tracking link they sent me by email doesn’t work … Never use this company again !!!! There are so many other companies out there that are reliable and actually assist you.

I am writing about my experience with the company concerning my order for a workbench. The delivery person wouldn't bring the package to my building, stating that he wasn't responsible for delivery to my floor. At 65 years old and dealing with a disability, this has made things quite hard for me. The driver, who barely spoke, just took my package and left without explaining anything. I looked up reviews for the carrier, Heppner, and the overall feedback is quite poor, with a rating of 2 and a lot of negative remarks. I also reached out to their main office, but that didn't help either. They promised a new delivery in 3 or 4 days but made it clear that the delivery issue wouldn't change: it would still be left on the street. I am left wondering how you or your partners can keep using their services when so many people have had bad experiences. Why don’t you or your partners make it clear that deliveries can’t be made for older or disabled folks? It is very disappointing. I am forwarding this message to consumer groups today because I think this is not right. To put an end to this problem, I would like to cancel my order and get a full refund, as stated in Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code.

Two day in a row, no show

Two day in a row, no show. The first call was dramatic. I called on the day of the pick up, they blamed another company for not showing up. The next day, no show again. Calling but they don’t even pick up the phone!

Terrible, I won't buy from toolstation.fr anymore because they use Heppner for delivery who are useless. Tracking doesn't work, packages are missing or show as delivered when they aren't. Stay away

I’ve been dealing with Heppner for years and honestly, they're always on point. Last appointment I had was with Joan E. Kealy on November 4, 2024. Joan was incredible—super helpful in sorting out a medical plan that fits perfectly for next year. Really appreciated her patience and knowledge, and how she made everything so clear for me. Big shoutout to Heppner Group and especially Joan for making this whole process smooth and stress-free. Thanks a ton!

I ordered a workbench recently,

I ordered a workbench recently, but the delivery turned into a nightmare. The driver just refused to bring the package to my building, saying it wasn't his job. The package is 68 kg, and being 65 and disabled, I couldn't handle it myself. He just took off with my package without another word. I checked reviews for Heppner, the carrier, and they are terrible—rated 2 with lots of complaints. Contacted the company, and they offered a new delivery in a few days but said the same problem would occur—delivery to the street. Why do companies still use them? It's unfair not to mention that delivery isn’t possible for elderly or disabled folks. I’m reaching out to consumer associations because this is unacceptable. Dealing with Heppner was a nightmare. I swear, their employees must think they're in some sort of dodgeball tournament with how they handle packages. My box arrived looking like it went through a war zone—dented and contents completely shattered. It's like they have zero respect for people's stuff. When I tried to get some help from customer service, it was like talking to a brick wall. No sorry, no responsibility, just a lame "we'll look into it" which probably means nothing will happen. It's obvious they don’t care about doing their jobs right. If you care about your things, avoid Heppner at all costs. They deliver nothing but headaches and broken items. Total disgrace.

Everything was total nightmare

Man, dealing with this carrier was a total nightmare. I had a small package coming from within the EU, and can you believe it took over 16 days? I kept trying to get in touch with them, calling and filling out forms on their site, giving them all my info—phone number, address, email—but no luck. It was like talking to a wall. I even had to email the company that sent my package, just to keep them in the loop, and they were having issues with the carrier too! I haven’t gotten my package yet, but they finally called to say it’ll arrive in four days. Keeping all my emails and stuff as proof, just in case.

Ordered a big pergola, expecting

Ordered a big pergola, expecting it to arrive in Italy by July 2nd. But surprise, it ended up in Spain instead. By July 18th, the reseller informs me it returned to their warehouse damaged. Now, it's out of stock, and I'm told to wait till the end of August for a new order. The pergola I wanted for summer might show up at the end of September, if it doesn't get damaged again. It's frustrating, trusting the shipment company once more. Summer's slipping away, and I still don’t have my pergola. This was supposed to be a highlight of the season, and now it feels like a never-ending wait.

It’s really frustrating. I've used other delivery services before and they were so much better. They actually care and help you out. This company is just a huge disappointment. If you need something delivered, look elsewhere. You’ll save yourself a lot of hassle.
