This year, ordering from them was a great experience. I can’t remember the name of the person who helped me, but he was very good! He found my account quickly and before I knew it, my order was done and paid for. The people I send to every year love the Hale Grove fruit. One year, they even had it out when visitors came over. They asked where the yummy oranges were from. My nephew said, “My aunt sends them every year, and they are always so tasty 😋.” Hale Grove always gets them delivered before Christmas.

I really liked the fresh and tasty grapefruit from the Indian River region. Also, I was able to use an old code from a previous mailing, which helped me save on shipping fees!

Non-Refund

I placed an order with Hale Grove for fruit totaling over $100.00, but due to a simple typing error, I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, transposing an 8 instead of a 9. When I reached out to correct the mistake, I was informed that I would not be receiving a refund, despite the order not reaching me. I am extremely disappointed with their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to work with customers over an honest mistake. A company that values its customers should be more understanding and willing to offer a reasonable solution rather than refusing to refund hard-earned money. I will not be ordering from them again.
