I recently visited the Good Feet store in Westwood

I recently visited the Good Feet store in Westwood, MA, with my mother and we had great service from our Arch Specialist, Lily. When we got there, my mother needed a cane to walk. Thanks to Lily's help and knowlege, my mother walked out without the cane, standing tall. I thought the cost might go over our budget, but it was definetely worth it because it really helped my mother feel better. She's now able to walk more and enjoy life better. Thanks to Lily for making it a valuable experience!

After two months, I felt worse than when I started.

After two months, I felt worse than when I started. I had to visit a chiropractor and massage therapist to ease the pain. My ankle was swollen, my back hurt, my calves were tight, and my knee was sore. I tried 3 types of orthotics but ended up giving up. Twice they forgot to follow up with me. In the end, I returned $1,800 worth of products but kept the socks that went with the orthotics. The sock sleeve probably only cost a dollar, but they charged me $36 for three of them. I recommend seeing a podiatrist, not coming here.

This shop seems more focused on making money

This shop seems more focused on making money than caring about customers. They really just want to fill their own pockets. The one on White Bridge Rd should be shut down.

Went to the place at Columbia MD.

Went to the place at Columbia MD. Nice spot - but they cared more about how I found them than why I came. I did the foot measuring, waited for the arch things - then the sales tricks began. The guy had me stand, hold my hands in front, then pushed down real hard so I tipped forward. Then he did it with my hands behind me - same thing. After that, he had me stand on the arch things and did it again - but barely pushed at all. Then he said, "See how these keep you steady?" What a joke - like I wouldn't notice the difference. And I walked out. Should be called the Goodfeet Scamm!

Should have paid attention to all the 1-Star reviews!

Should have paid attention to all the 1-Star reviews! Complete rip off. Aggressive sales tactics from people with no real knowledge of foot care. Spent over $1000 for what my doctor said were just $19.99 generic arch supports from Walgreens.
