    We’ve been a Motive customer since 2017

    We’ve been a Motive customer since 2017 and we’re really loyal to the brand! We’ve added dashcams and figured out how to use most of the system's useful features. The info from the system and the dashcam coverage have more than paid back the investment in the system, and that's not even counting the cams!!! Support is always on point and is quick to help solve any issues the operators create! Our reps are always there for us and often give us a call just to chat about new things or new updates. A really amazing team!

    The contract cannot be cancelled.

    The contract cannot be cancelled. Once you decide to pay, you're stuck paying until the year is over. Be careful with the sales manager. Always check the website and read the terms, as they clearly mention that contracts can't be cancelled and must be paid completely. Each device, even without extra features or cameras, costs a minimum of $75 per month.

    This is the most terrible company you can find.

    This is the most terrible company you can find. They keep me in a contract that ended already and got auto renued many times. They told me I have no way to cancel, what a joke lol. Sure, like they can make me stay with them. AVOID THEM NO MATTER WHAT.

    I’ve used motive for a while

    I’ve used motive for a while, but now my eld won’t link to the dumb highway, so I can’t set up with brokers. I reached out to motive for help, they said it might get fixed in a day. Looks like I might have to switch back to big road. Motive is overpriced and takes way too long to fix anything.
