After finally confirming the payment and sending the wedding gift to the recipient, they canceled my order for "security concerns" they wouldn't explain. My credit score is over 800 and I have never faced any security issues while shopping online. They still kept the $27 service fee though!! Gift Rocket is untrustworthy and seems to have taken a fee from me.
