The car was in great shape, loaded with useful features, clean as could be, and well-suited for the weather in Tromsø. The rental experience was made even better by Ken, a very kind and supportive host who was quick to help with any issues or inquiries. We definitely suggest renting from him – thank you, Ken! I've been using them off and on for 10 years or so, and most of the time, I've been happy with the service. It's way better than renting a car because it feels more personal. You deal with real people who take care of their cars and actually care about their reputation. It's nice to meet others who feel the same way.

This company, like, really easy to use and not too expensive. We've rented from them three times now, and every time it's been great. They have lots of cars to choose from, talking to them is easy, and checking in and out is simple too. I think you should give them a shot.

I've liked Getaround for some time now. I've rented cars in San Francisco from different spots. The help line staff are really helpful. They make sure any worries are sorted and check later to make sure everything's OK. I like Getaround and what it does!

good deal. The cost was definitely worth the value of the car. However, I did have a couple of small issues with it. For one, the window on the passenger side wouldn't close unless I used the car keys and turned them to the right while holding it. It was a bit of a hassle, but I managed. Also, the charger in the car didn't work for me, which was a bummer because my phone died while I was out and about. But other than those minor inconveniences, I would say my experience with this company was a positive one.

my experience with this company was not the best. The registration process for renting was very time-consuming and went on for a long time. I couldn't understand why they needed me to send so many pictures of myself and my documents, including my passport or ID card, driver's license, and even my credit card. I mean, as long as they're getting their money, why do they need all of this? It was quite stressful and frustrating to go through all of that before my rental could even begin. It felt like a never-ending process. However, once everything was finally done, the rental went smoothly. One thing I found quite inconvenient was that sometimes I had to log in to their website and then also log in with their app, which felt like an unnecessary extra step.
