I had a good experience with GeekWay.
I had a good experience with GeekWay. Our son's relatively new NZXT gaming PC, which was only 6 months old, stopped working due to malware. He tried everything to fix it himself, but nothing worked. That's when we decided to reach out for expert help. I got in touch with GeekWay, and they provided a free scan. The senior tech, Mr. James, worked on the PC for three whole days, including a full factory reset. I would definitely recommend their services.

The way every thing was laid out was really nice. I am older and have a hard time hearing, so the details helped a lot. He spent a lot of time with me, and I hope he doesn't get in any trouble. Suggested the Geekway program to keep my computer safe.

My experince was good because the tech listened to me and explained what he could do. It was a lot more than my last company offered. Now I feel that my computer is secure and I have a person to reach out to for help. Very helpful!!
