Rip off and scam.

Rip off and scam. Ordered a product two months ago, money was taken, but the item never showed up... And there’s no way to get in touch with anyone... Their auto-reply saying they’ll check the order and get back to you never happens... Stay far away from this "company".

Poor Customer service.

I have returned an item and a month later still have not recieved a refund. Communication with Fuugo is not possible, they simply do not respond.

I’m still waiting on a refund for an SSD hard drive that arrived but won’t format with Mac or Apple. I’ve sent numerous emails with my order number and details about the product, but now they’re asking for pictures and videos. As a retired electrical engineer with 50 years of experience and being registered blind, this is very unhelpful. It feels like poor customer service or maybe they’re just keeping my money in a high-interest account and dragging the process out. This is my second bad experience with them; the first one was the same. I’ll be reaching out to trading standards. Avoid buying from this company; it gives the internet a bad name.

My Fugoo speaker functioned fine for a year. When it finally broke (it had just been sitting on a shelf; a speaker that claims to be waterproof, shock proof, dust/mud/snow proof), there was no response at the customer service number. The bot on their website stated they do not offer repairs and could not suggest any technicians who could help. They also do not recycle or upcycle their faulty speakers. Fugoo seems to endorse a throwaway culture. Not my style.

I wouldn’t recommend buying a Fugoo speaker. The customer service is not good at all. I’ve purchased 3 speakers over the past 5 years. The product works fine, but when one speaker arrived not turning on after charging, I needed assistance. The support number just plays a loop, asking you to email or chat. Emails don’t get any response, and the chat is just a bot. It’s very unsatisfying. I wouldn't buy another Fugoo!

Fugoo wont tell you that the new speakers dont work with old Fugoo stuff. They dont say it anywhere. Just silent. Feels like lieing and money grab. Their stuff was good back then. Now its not the same. And thier support is just BAD! 😒 Stay away from these clowns 😤

Fugoo doesn’t admit their new speaker models don’t work with their old accessories. No notices, no warnings, nothing. Misleading and selfish marketing. They used to offer good products. Not now. Their customer support is TERRIBLE!🥴Avoid buying from these clowns.
