I got the wrong size perfume.

I got the wrong size perfume. I ordered 3.3 oz but received the smaller 2.0 oz bottle. I emailed customer service with pictures but haven't heard back or received any credit. I'm really let down. Also, I paid for fast shipping (2-3 days) but got my order after 7 days. I won't buy from here again. Be careful if you're thinking of buying!

The price was excellent, and the delivery was okay. However, I couldn't overlook the smell. It was nothing like my past experiences with the product, both in terms of scent and appearance. The scent was horrible, and the product looked cloudy and caky, as if it had passed its expiration date.
