I had a pretty disappointing experience with this site.

I had a pretty disappointing experience with this site. Even after cancelling my subscription, I saw that they kept charging my account. I tried contacting their support team several times through emails, but got no reply. In the end, I had to cancel my bank card to stop the payments. Be careful if you're thinking about using this site. Once you cancel, it’s really hard to get any response or get in touch with anyone, and they might keep taking money from your account.

These guys dont deserve any stars.

I stoped my subscription just 2 days after signing up on 5th February 2025. Got 2 emails saying its canceled. But what happend on 10th February 2025 at 3 am? They took R299.99 from my bank without asking. Now I must cancel my card and deal with this mess.

They renewed my upgraded subscription without asking me, which really scared me. I asked for a refund, they offered some deals I didn’t like. They finally agreed to give back half, which I said no to at first but then accepted since I needed that money for something important. They sent 50% on Sunday, then another payment came on Tuesday somehow. So yeah, they’re just people and they do listen.

No problems with their service so far. Now I’m hoping to find my perfect match, so fingers crossed this site works out for me, but we’ll see in time. As a new user, I’d say don’t let any bad reviews scare you off. Give it a shot, and if it’s not your thing, you can always try other sites. I’m willing to stick around and see what it offers.

If you want to be deceived into spending money you have not agreed to. Or become trapped into a subscription you did not agree to. Or be matched or liked by fictitious or deleted profiles or people that live overseas or thousands of kilometers away, join up. This is just another money making scam, preying on lonely or vulnerable people. DISGRACEFUL.

Impossible to stop the charges. I had to have my bank dispute. It’s impossible to cancel with them. Stay away!!
