The service was satisfactory, yet the website's inconsistency left me with a booked flight disappearing two hours later, resulting in an unexpected $400 additional payment. A rather disappointing experience overall.

Bait and switch

They tell u one price on the website.Then miraculous it's not available . Guess what tho have tickets for twice as much!!!!!!!!! 😒

Man oh man, lemme tell ya, I ain't a fan of help desks usually, but then bam! There's these 2 dudes, Don and Ryan! They're so nice and respectful! Don had to do extra stuff, but Ryan pitched in too! I'm stickin' with these fellas from now on!

Overall, even though there were quite a few issues with getting my tickets, and I would have liked to know it’s somewhat of a lottery if you'll get on the plane, I managed to get the assistance needed to still make my journey.
