Etrade's $907.79 loss on my trade was upsetting. I spoke with three reps across two days to fix it. They made a market order on my shares, causing the big loss. They blamed regulations, but it wasn't a margin issue.

Customer service was awful.
Waited 45 minutes on hold before someone picked up. Fees are too much and they don't care 'bout your account privacy or data security. Better go with another broker for trading. Closed my account.

This company isn't very reliable.
This company isn't very reliable. I moved funds from my outside account to my Etrade account, and while the money was taken out of my external account, it wasn't 'Available' for use. The chat support is tough to deal with, they don't help much with problems and are quite unfriendly.
