    Epik provides amazing support.

    You actually talk to real people who genuinely want to assist, not automated chat bots or outsourced reps. Emily Remington and Jonathan were awesome in helping me resolve some tough issues that I couldn’t quite figure out, allowing me to focus on my work. I'm so glad I found Epik. Should have discovered them much earlier. Like we say in Texas, “Better late than never!”

    I forgot to renew my domain and reached out to support. Although the registry for this TLD doesn't offer a grace period, support (thanks to Savannah) managed to renew my domain, even though it was in redemption and close to being available for someone else to take. They even gave me a discount on the renewal, even though it was my mistake for forgetting.

    The customer service was really supportive with transferring my domain and linking it to ecommerce, something I didn’t know much about. They also helped me sort out some email problems. I’ll definetly come back to move more domains and emails!

    Overall, alright, though not the greatest experience. Cloudflare's nameservers constantly reset (switching to Epik's default nameservers), but even though the integration with Cloudflare isn't the best, I have no reason not to be happy.

    Absolutely terrible experience

    Absolutely terrible experience with Epik.com! Their customer service is beyond poor – I ordered a domain, but it never arrived. What's worse is their complete lack of responsibility for their mistakes. I ended up losing both money and precious time due to their negligence. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company! In light of this frustrating ordeal, I've made the decision to switch to "Plutonium." They are a breath of fresh air with their profit-oriented approach and impressive investment methods and management structure. Unlike Epik.com, they seem to truly care about their customers and their success. I'm thrilled with my choice and can't recommend "Plutonium" enough!

    I had an absolutely horrendous

    I had an absolutely horrendous experience with Epik.com! They stole $6000 from me, and I can't stress enough how much you should avoid this scamming service. It's a risk you shouldn't take. They used their escrow service to pay us on Masterbucks but then completely blocked withdrawals. And now, they've shifted to Epik LLC to avoid returning Masterbucks money to its rightful owners. It's despicable how they operate – pure criminals! Rob Monster should really learn more about his own religion and stop these deceitful practices. I'm utterly disappointed and outraged at their unethical behavior. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Epik.com at all costs!

    I used to think Epik was alright,

    I used to think Epik was alright, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I missed renewing my domain because I didn't update my email. When I talked to Emily in the chat, she said she'd give me a $30 credit, but I never got it. Instead of admitting fault, Emily blamed me for not doing things right. When I asked for a $30 refund, she said it couldn't be done, which is just silly. Any good company should be able to do a refund. I'm done with Epik. There are better places to buy domains. Dealing with their bad service isn't worth it. Enough is enough.

    Sold a domain and never got my payment.

    Sold a domain and never got my payment. I thought this was a decent platform because selling and leasing domains seemed simple. However, they took $3,412.50 from me in my last sale on 12/20/2022. They sold my domain, put the money in their Masterbucks platform, and when I asked to withdraw, they just sent me to Masterbucks support who never gets back to me, even after a year and a half of attempts. There are lots of other complaints like this. Avoid this company.

    I'm disappointed withthe customer support: live chat is not working; phone support is not available during designated hours, and emails don't seem to get answered. It's like a horror movie! I attempted to transfer my domain just-get.com, but received a "failed transfer" message. I assumed the issue was with GoDaddy, but it turns out to be a technical issue on theirend.
